Online Orders – Returns & Exchanges

All online orders must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

If you would like to request a return or exchange, please contact us at clothesencounter@sasktel.net or call 306-693-7766 within 72 hours of receiving your order.

Items must be mailed back within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a return or exchange. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

All merchandise must be returned in the same condition it was received, with all original tags attached.

We offer exchanges or online/store credit only. Cash refunds are not available.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
